Look, we’ve spent all year dragging you to outdoor concerts where you stood on grass, sweated through your shirt, and pretended the porta-potties were “rustic charm.”

It’s October. Time to move this party indoors where there’s air conditioning, actual bathrooms, and someone else does the dishes.

We’re building food experiences for people who like eating, drinking, and not being bored.

Here’s the deal: We’re not opening a restaurant. We’re creating one-night-only experiences at breweries, wineries, and restaurants where you actually do something—not just sit there and chew.

But we need to know what sounds fun to you. So we’re throwing out some ideas. Vote for what you’d actually show up for, and we’ll make it happen.

The Lineup (What We’re Considering)

🍺 Brewery Night — $29.95

Tour the brewing room. Taste 5 beers with the brewmaster explaining what you’re drinking. Tacos from a food truck. Take home a glass and some cans. Tuesday evening. Perfect for people who like beer and not being home on a Tuesday.

🍷 Wine Tasting — $45

Private barrel room. Taste wines before they’re released to the public. Cheese pairings. Blind taste challenge (winner gets a bottle). Thursday evening. For people who want to feel fancy without wearing a tie.

🔥 BBQ Masterclass — $38

Watch a pit master pull meat from the smoker. Learn why your backyard BBQ tastes like disappointment. Taste brisket, ribs, pulled pork, burnt ends. Make your own spice rub. Saturday afternoon. Bring your questions and your appetite.

🥂 Mimosa Brunch — $38

Build-your-own mimosa bar. Family-style brunch. Live acoustic music. Sunday morning. For people who survived Saturday night and want to celebrate that fact with bubbles.

🌍 Around the World — $42

Five countries, five premium appetizers: French pâté, Russian caviar, Italian burrata, Japanese tuna tartare, Spanish jamón ibérico. Chef tells the story behind each one. Tuesday evening, Walnut Creek. For people who want to travel without getting on a plane.

👨‍🍳 Chef’s Table — $150

Sit in the kitchen. Watch your 7-course dinner being made. Talk to the chef between courses. Wine pairings. Signed menu. Friday or Saturday evening, 20 people max. This is the one where you tell people about it for the next six months.
