Join Generation Glow inside the free Locust Street Festival for a welcoming beauty and confidence experience created for ages 8–18. Families can enjoy festival styling, braiding, hair tinsel and eye sparkle. Parents and caregivers are invited to complete a brief community survey that will help shape a new youth-centered beauty destination in Walnut Creek, and receive a complimentary mini lip oil while supplies last. The festival is free to attend. Optional beauty services may be prebooked or purchased at the booth.
