The Walnut Festival is a four-day family event running from Thursday, October 16th through Sunday, October 19th, 2025, expecting thousands of attendees. The festival features live music, a carnival with over 15 rides, a Kid Zone, local artisans and craftsmen, food vendors, and a craft beer garden.

General admission costs $15 per person for all four days, with free entry for children 6 and under, seniors 65 and older, and active military with ID. The festival accepts both credit cards and cash. Operating hours are 5-10 p.m. on Thursday, 5-11 p.m. on Friday, 12 p.m.-11 p.m. on Saturday, and 12 p.m.-8 p.m. on Sunday.

Parking is available for a flat $10 daily fee, payable online or at on-site ticket booths. Visitors receive a paid parking pass to present when leaving. For carnival rides, unlimited ride wristbands cost $40 per person for single-day access to all attractions. These wristbands are sold only inside the festival grounds and are separate from the admission fee. Individual ride tickets are also available, with each attraction requiring three or more coupons and having a minimum height requirement of 36 inches.

The festival showcases entertainment on a main stage throughout the event, highlighting both local and regional musical talent alongside the various artisan displays and food offerings.
