The Winter/Spring 2024 movie series begins Thursday, February 15 in thrilling fashion with the World War II classic movie Sahara!  Humphrey Bogart leads a motely group of Allied soldiers across the desert in the early days of World War II.

When you attend a movie on Red Oak Victory, you not only get the movie but also expert commentary on the film, the actors, and the time period.  This month we'll also have a brief discussion about the war in the desert, the vehicles and equipment featured in the film and you'll even get a chance to see and touch real World War II military artifacts like those seen in the movie.  History buffs and movie buffs alike will not want to miss this one! 

The ship opens at 6:30 and the film begins at 7:00.  Soft drinks, snacks, popcorn, beer and wine are available for sale throughout the evening.  No reservations are required and admission is free (although a $10 donation is always appreciated!).
