Join us for our Chef’s Table – Food & Beer Pairing presented by Chef Francisco Serrano and Head Brewer, Luis Castro.

TICKET PRICE:

$80 + 20% Gratuity. Includes four courses paired with (4) 8oz. beers

*Event ticket is non-refundable.

DINNER DETAILS:

RSVP to the dinner by purchasing your ticket(s) in advance. Sales end Monday, November 13th.

Dinner is on Wednesday, November 15th and starts at 6:30 PM sharp.

1st Course

Black Truffle & Scallop Risotto // Chanterelles, Cilantro Oil, Roasted Poblano & Micro Greens
Beer Pairing: Vato Loco | Light Mexican Lager


2nd Course

Australian Lamb Chops // Roasted Cauliflower Smash, Brussels Sprouts, Chimichurri, Crispy Leeks & Blackberry
Beer Pairing: Roo’d Mob | IPA


3rd Course

Roasted Filet Mignon // Heirloom Baby Carrots, Charred Onion, Purple Potatoes, Red Pepper Puree, Dry Cherry Demi & Chives
Beer Pairing: Monkey Balls | Oatmeal Stout with Cocoa Puffs

 

4th Course

Poached Bosc Pear // Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Pecans, Josh Cellar Cabernet Glaze, Blood Orange & Mint
Beer Pairing: Zombie Crawl | Kettle Sour with Cranberry & Cara Cara Orange
