The Bedford Family Kentucky Derby Party is back thanks to a revival by Tom Lewis and friends. This year's event is being hosted at the Pittsburg Moose Lodge and is sure to be a fun event.

Cost: $30.00 per person

Wagering: A Win Place and Show betting parlor will be open from 12:00 noon until 3:15 PM for party attendees to wager on the Kentucky Derby. All monies wagered are returned 100% payout to the bettors in attendance. Please note that wagers are not part of the $30.00 event fee.

Event Schedule:
12:00 noon: Doors Open
12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Horse Racing Seminar hosted by Chuck Dybdal of the Daily
Racing Form and Dennis Miller the handicapping host of the Alameda County Fair
1:30 PM Award-winning Barbecue Lunch prepared by Kinders Barbecue Including
Beef Brisket, Tequila Lime Spare Ribs, Baked Beans, Macaroni & Cheese, Cesar Salad,
and Dinner Rolls.
3:15 PM Join in on the singing of “My Old Kentucky Home”
3:30 PM The Kentucky Derby Horse Race
4:00 PM: All winning horse wagers payoffs
There will be a No Host open bar for the entire duration of the event featuring The
Kentucky Bourbon Mint Julep made with the Bedford Family's fresh mint syrup
secret recipe.
