Do you make great chili?? Then, enter the 23rd Annual Clayton Club Chili Cook-off. There is a $300 1st prize award for the best chili in town. 2nd and 3rd places winners will be awarded $200 and $100, respectively. NO CANNED CHILIS ALLOWED!!

Advance registration is required for this event, which will open up on February 1st. and the field is limited to 20 contestants. A $30 registration fee is required to enter. Contact the bartenders on shift for more details or to sign up.

On the day of the event, we will be open at 10am. Contestants must check in with the bartender between 11:30 am and 12:00pm. Chili must be at serving temperature before checking in. Power will be provided to maintain crockpots at a holding temperature. Judging will begin at 1:00 pm. Prizes will be awarded at 2:00 pm.

All chili's will be available to the public to share after the awards. Contestants, please bring a full crockpot so that the public can enjoy all of the yummy chili's after judging is complete. Corn bread or crackers are optional; contestants may bring them if they like.

THE BAR IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC DURING THE EVENT AS WELL AS DURING THE JUDGING AND AWARDS. CHILI WILL BE AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE AFTER THE WINNERS ARE ANNOUNCED.

The Duo Sonics Band will be on stage 5pm-8pm.
