Castle Air Museum is located in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley where the largest aviation museums in the west coast. With over seventy restored aircraft, F/A-18 Hornet, and so much more! After your visit, you will enjoy a delicious lunch at the Hilmar Cheese Factory with time to browse their in-house-made cheese and other dairy products.
