E.J. Fair Comedy Night
300 Cumberland St.,,
Pittsburg
A fun night of laughs hosted by Pat McCoy and featuring Bay Area comedy legends Larry "Bubbles" Brown and Pittsburg's own Johnny Steele.
Larry “Bubbles” Brown has sustained a San Francisco comedy career touching five decades by being self-deprecating, pessimistic, and bitingly hilarious. He has appeared on "Late Night with David Letterman" twice holding the record for the longest time between appearances by a comedian. He is a frequent opener for Dana Carvey, Dave Attell, and Rob Schneider, and is a regular guest on "Fantastic," Dana Carvey's popular podcast. Larry has realized he has to stand up forever since comedy lacks a retirement plan.
Johnny Steele is a Pittsburg native who began performing in 1984 and crisscrossed the country, performing in the top clubs in the industry. He is a former winner of the San Francisco International Comedy Competition and former host of the morning radio show on Live 105 and a daily TV talk show host on KRON/Bay TV. Steele can currently be seen in the comedy documentary “3 Still Standing” on Amazon Video. He has written for some of America’s best comics, including the late Robin Williams. Come for the food and beer, and stay for the laughs!
Tickets will also be available at the door on the night of the show (Cash or Venmo)
