Its jazz with a Latin tinge. In the tradition of Cal Tjader, Tito Puente, and Poncho Sanchez, Primavera blends exciting Latin and Brazilian rhythms with American jazz. You might even be moved to step onto the dance floor, or just kick back and listen to the groove. Primavera is celebrating the band's 10th year of performing in the Bay Area. Primavera currently has 8 band members, but usually performs as a Trio, Quartet, or Quintet. At this special event, the entire band will be here to perform. We may also have surprise guests sitting in with the band, talented musicians that have played with Primavera at some point during the past 10 years.
