Hofbrauhaus Munchen is the only Munich brewery to export the same beer that they are pouring in their tent during Oktoberfest, and we will be drinking their Hofbräu Oktoberfest.  This is not your typical sweet, amber-colored "Marzen-style beer" but rather the traditional "Oktoberfest Bier" with biscuity aromas, dry and refreshing to the palate while remaining perilously easy to drink.

Chef Kev has put together a traditional Oktoberfest menu to go with this authentic beer. Having been to the real deal a couple of times before, Chef Kevin tips his toque to many of the traditional German foods one would enjoy while wandering the Weisen.
