Savor the start of summer with our 4-course Caymus Wine Dinner menu. This culinary experience is paired with a decadent selection of 4 wines from the Wagner Family Portfolio. Choose between our plant-forward Earth Menu or our land & sea Fire Menu, both designed to mirror each other’s presentation and flavor profiles.
