The B-Stars have been a fixture in the San Francisco traditional roots music scene since forming in 2006. Inspired by the western swing and early country boppers of the late 1940s and early 1950s, The B-Stars bring the golden age of country & western swing back to the dancehalls and barrooms, so hold onto your hats and bring your dancin’ shoes!

The B-Stars deliver on a mission to get the dance floors jumpin’ with that western boogie beat, straddling the line between rockabilly, swing jazz and country western music pioneered by the likes of Carl Smith, Lefty Frizzell, Faron Young, Hank Penny, Bob Wills, and Hank Williams Sr.

With two full-length albums of original material, three consecutive appearances at Viva Las Vegas, showcase performances at The Nashville Boogie, The New England Shake Up, Ink N Iron, Tiki Oasis, Outside Lands and at Spain and Montreal music festivals, The B-Stars have established an international audience that just can’t get enough of that hillbilly beat!
