Mark your calendars for November 13th if you're intrigued by the idea of learning how to combine spirituality, social media, and leveling up your online interactions. Rev. Arabella will be answering a few of your burning questions during this workshop and help you both understand some technical aspects and, most importantly, how to bring consciousness to your online connections. Workshop includes: Reflective meditation time to settle into Being the peaceful 'Eye of the Storm' online Shifting negative thoughts and/or energy out of your subconscious or auric field. What is this thing called social media really about? Truth about the good, the bad and the ugly. What are its esoteric benefits in a personal & business sense? How do you bring consciousness to it instead of zoning out? And why do so? Ample hands-on time to help you learn to follow, like, share, comment on social media and the benefits of doing so. Each participant will receive a "cheat-sheet" to help them get started, or re-energized, in making the most out of their social interactions. What to bring: A smile, open heart, a voice of participation, and bring your phone or small portable device with you! The sanctuary offers us free wi-fi. If possible, please have your favorite social media apps pre-installed on your phone prior to this workshop. We will focus the majority of our time on Facebook and Instagram usage.

About your Facilitator: Rev. Arabella Marie B.Msc. is an ordained minister through the University of Sedona, International Metaphysical Ministry division, and currently studying for her Doctorate.
