You’ll get to virtually meet some of the families who have benefitted from Nursery services over the past year and learn how you can support BACN’s clients during the holiday season. Attendees can continue to support BACN by donating non-perishable canned foods for their Thanksgiving Meal Drive when they pick up their meals.

The holiday season is a time filled with giving thanks and giving back. BACN provides critical support services to families with children ages 0-5. Their 20-bed emergency shelter program houses children whose families are experiencing a crisis for up to 30 days. BACN offers 60 days of free childcare per year for families living in poverty.

They operate a food and diaper pantry providing thousands of diapers and boxes of food to families in the Bay Area. The children who stay at the Nursery have parents who are experiencing homelessness, escaping domestic violence, have medical or mental health emergencies, lost their childcare, are experiencing parental stress, and more.
