The 6th Annual 9Quota (925) Art and Music Awards is where we give recognition to various artists who contribute greatly to the art, fashion, design, and music community. This compilation of talented individuals represent the rich culture of our community and shine light on the up and comers in the area. With the support of the community nominating and voting for these people, they get a chance to be inspired as well as inspire others. We have been featured on BET, MTV, Vh1, the Contra Costa Times, East County Times, Mercury News, Oakland Tribune, 89.5 FM Ozcat Radio, and 106.1 KMEL.
